In 2009, the lawyers of Virginia Estate Plans, PLC, formed 529 Counsel, PLC to help states and educational institutions establish and maintain their 529 Plans in compliance with all laws and regulations. We advise program managers and administrators on how to properly fulfill their responsibilities regarding the day-to-day operation of the 529 Plans they serve. Just as importantly, we make sure that our clients' plans provide every tax benefit to which plan participants are entitled, making it possible for more men and women to attain their goal of higher education.
