Nancy Newton Rogers
Newnie has more than 23 years of legal experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration. 

She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 1993, named to Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite in Taxes, Estates, and Trusts from 2004 through 2008, and recognized as a Virginia Super Lawyer in Estate Planning & Probate Law in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She is a member of the Legislative Council of the Wills, Trusts and Estates Section. She is a past member of the Board of Governors of the Virginia Bar Association as well as past president of the Virginia Law Foundation. She is also a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Estate Planning Council of Richmond, and the Virginia Gift Planning Council.

Locally, Newnie is a member of the Richmond Steering Committee of the Hollins University Alumnae Association, a member of the Junior League of Richmond, a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Richmond, Westminster Canterbury Foundation and the Memorial Child Guidance Clinic Endowment, a member of the Development Committee of Cross-Over Ministry and the Advisory Commitee of Hands On Greater Richmond, and an assistant coach of Geronimo Lacrosse.

Newnie received her JD from the University of Virginia, in 1985 (Order of the Coif). She graduated cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with a B.A. from Hollins College in 1982.
